New lineart: Flying Painted Dragon

Same type of dragon as my last ACEO, I felt bad for not finishing him, and I'd like to do a dragon sticker set eventually, so this will probably be a part of that.

Still trying to kick my art block, I think I'm finally getting over it.

Ok, so it's not finished, and I don't know if I'll ever finish it. I messed up the shadows and I really don't feel like messing with it. Maybe one day in the far future I'll finish it, but for now I need to set it aside because it's distracting me. So, in case I never finish it, here it is :P
